My sister in law stayed at this facility for a month. Food was horrible and always cold. No clear understanding of thier jobs. She was here only for rehabilitation and it wasn’t the best experience. She was released home with no assistance. As of right now March 21,2025 she is still waiting for her items to help her to be more mobile to be delivered. They have been sending these items to her for awhile now and still hasn’t received anything or a phone call. She can’t get a response from this facility no matter how many times she calls to speak to someone. This line stay busy 281-446-5160. But yet this is the only number to call. I need to speak with management, social worker, owner or someone that can help her get the things that was supposed to be delivered to her. If I could get up there I would insist on talking to someone that can resolve this issue right away but I can’t get there during the day which I know is probably the best and only time to speak with someone. If anyone knows another way to contact the proper person by phone it would be greatly appreciated if I could get another number to call

One of the leading nurses Serria is an absolute terror. She is rude and was constantly giving me dirty looks. Her and her staff were very rude to my loved one and made it extremely hard on me and my family.
This place was a horrible disaster, my mother went there for rehabilitation and was injured by the staff, she received 15 stitches and 18 staples from Memorial Hermann because of CNA putting her to bed and she was cut by the metal on the bed. The staff and management has a huge problem with communicating with each other. My mother complained about the food being disgusting, so I took her food. The majority of the staff is rude, unprofessional, uncaring, lazy and pathetic, does not take accountability or responsibility, pass the buck, starting at the head with Tangela(admin) Danielle (social worker) Monica (wound care nurse) Jennifer (nurse) they will lie to your face with a straight face. Kudos to Shane, Anna, Kelley, Rosalyn, Sameria to be able to work amongst such and not become like them. My brother and myself were there every day but couldn't be there 24hrs. If you have anyone in this place keep a check on them. I would have given this place no star. My Mama said she wouldn't want her worst enemy to go there if she had one.
My mother stayed at Deerbrook Skilled facility for a month for physical therapy which was very good. At the beginning there were a couple of glitches but were quickly resolved in a prompt, caring manner. Overall my mother was well cared for and I felt she was fine on days I was not able to visit. The facility was kept clean, no foul orders. Most of her time was spent either in off-site dialysis or physical therapy, not much time for the extra activities, but attended a few. Most personnel were kind, caring and very helpful answering my questions. My mother felt comfortable here and stated that if ever a skilled facility is needed again she would not mind returning.
My stay at deerbrook was very nice. The staff that too care of me was pleasant at all times with me. Friendly and careing. I had 2 close family members passed while I was there. The support was nice. Clean, ant the PT and OT was the best. Maybe one not so good. But I was definitely not lonely. Thank you and therapy dept, I love you all.Ok what I didn't like was the food and serving size was less than homeless people. 1/half strawberry, baby plates, plastic ware for children. How can you enjoy?.1 strip bacon. Come on. We have all night to go without. Thank God my family and friends love me Thank to all housekeeping and office staff. Yes I would return. BEVERLY
