Heyendaalseweg 117, 6525 AH Nijmegen, Netherlands
Parking a big problem. In the evening they leave you standing in the rain for a good 25 minutes, there is no way you can get in, this happens quite regularly. The counter is also often unmanned. If there is a flu virus, you will only find out when you are inside or in the department. (bad) They should make this known before you enter, so that it is safe. They can mention this and post it on the front door. This can cause many people to become ill unnecessarily. What I found out is that the care staff do not always have the phone in their pocket to open a door in the evenings, this was learned by the staff themselves, unfortunately this is not good. I hope these points are improved.
