Incredibly poor care for the elderly. The staff is very lax and unwilling to help the elderly. The elderly often sit in their own feces for hours, which is incredibly distressing to see. Safety is substandard, the facilities for the elderly are poorly maintained and this leads to life-threatening situations.
Nothing but praise for this location!! Staff are friendly and helpful. My mother really enjoys it here. The staff in the brasserie also always has a friendly smile or kind words for people. Great and I take my hat off to them because it is hard, very hard work!!!!
My father has been going to daycare at t Tumpke for a few months now, nothing but praise! Enthusiastic staff, beautiful location and my father is always happy when it is Tumpke Day.
The name Waalborg would rather indicate that it is a survival camp for the elderly. I have heard from several people that many elderly people are left to fend for themselves. Are not showered or changed on time. And the worst part is that they get pre-cooked food instead of tasty fresh food. Have these people grown old enough for that? I just find this outrageous. These elderly people should be treated with respect. But that is hard to find in the Waalboog!!
