My mother had been at DaySpring Norton Shores for about 6 weeks, and so far I have had only positive experiences. Management is genuinely friendly and helpful, maintenance is on the job, and best of all, aides on the floor are compassionate, respectful, and concerned about the residents' well-being. Unlike some homes, DaySpring seems to be well -staffed; one or two aides are always nearby, and there's never a lengthy wait once the assistance bell is rung. The facility is beautiful, and I, myself, enjoy the many pleasant courtyards! No one likes the price of these homes, but I gladly pay the fee each month for the loving care my mother receives.
DaySpring Services provides loving care and companionship across Muskegon County. From Assisted and Independent Living to In-Home Care and Day Programming, all of the services are focused on serving adults with God's love. It is evident that staff are compassionate towards and truly care for the people they work for: their clients, residents, participants, and tenants.
My family is very appreciative of the care my mother receives at DaySpring. Even during the pandemic, they strive to provide activities to keep the residents busy and active. Any concerns are always addressed with promptness and courtesy.
The two directors & nurse at DaySpring denied my sister medical help. When the ambulance finally arrived, she was in "full code" and had to be put on a ventilator. She had pneumonia & heart failure.
