My Mom is a new resident at DayBreak and has made friends easily. The care is more personal than her last experience. She gets more involved in smalls groups and enjoys the activities. Her favorite thing to do is sit with the ladies under the covered porch and chat. DayBreak has a feel of a home and not a hotel. Breakfast and lunch are the better meals. Dinner is light. Mom is safe, happy and close enough so I can visit her often.
When you live at DayBreak Village, you become family. We moved my parents to DayBreak a little over a year ago after my mom broke her arm from a fall. Both the staff and residents welcomed them in and made them feel at home. The atmosphere is pleasant and cheerful, and I've truly enjoyed visiting with the other residents and staff. My father passed recently, and it warmed my heart to see the love the staff and residents had for him and the compassion they have for my mom. I live out of state, so leaving my mom by herself was difficult, but knowing she is surrounded by people who genuinely care puts my mind at ease.
Daybreak and it’s staff have been such a wonderful and caring home for my elderly parents. There is wonderful entertainment each week including bible studies, exercise classes, floral arranging, games and concerts. The facility is clean and inviting and the staff are like family. I’m so happy to have found a home that is a safe place for my parents and gives them the level of care that they need to help them live their best life.
I found Day Break Village to be a wonderful community for my son. The care he received here was excellent. Everyone was very concerned and caring toward him. This place became our family . I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for assisted care. The love and support is like none I have ever seen.
