My uncle was there for rehab, the staff is amazing. The facility is spotless, they even keep the floors immaculate! All the nursing staff is exceptional! We were so pleased the way they treated my family like their family.

I just want to say that my dad has been there since December 2023 and I cannot say enough good things about this facility. I am able to rest at night knowing my dad is safe and well taken care of. The staff is very caring, honest and attentive. The facility is clean and no smells. The building is old but is not in repair and serves its purpose totally. I love the Chapel Services on Sunday by the North Polk Community Church. They are so loving and caring and check on the residents during the week also. If I ever need a facility, I pray that they are still there and that they have the staff with the values that they have now. Thank you for caring and loving my dad!!
