I recently called Darby Glenn regarding a possible placement for my god father and spoke with the admissions representative. She was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything about the facility and what they offer. I was also able to schedule a tour on Saturday, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The admissions lady was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. She patiently answered all of my questions, and I ended up spending two hours touring and learning more about the care and services provided at Darby Glenn. The staff’s professionalism and the facility’s inviting atmosphere left me with a positive impression. I would highly recommend considering Darby Glenn for your loved ones.

They never returned my grandpa's wrist watch or remaining cash after his passing at their facility. As for the care he received, he was often ignored when needing personal care and was once given the wrong dose of insulin, which is a big deal for a diabetic. I would not go here ever again.
My grandma Peggy came here for a short rehab stay. She suffered from some anxiety as this was her first time in a rehab facility. The staff immediately introduced themselves and indicated their purposes to us. My grandma was able to connect with staff and quickly build trust with the nurses. After about a week, my grandma was up walking again. She was able to get back to her activity level from before. Thank you Hanna for giving us a tour and making us feel at home immediately. My grandma is now at home doing very well! She still talks about the cool bird cage (which you can see in the photos) and live entertainment Darby had to offer. She also enjoyed the meal options. She said her food was always hot! I’m almost positive my grandma never missed bingo either! If your loved one needs rehab after a hospital stay, I highly recommend Darby Glenn as the therapy team is amazing and very patient. Also, shout out to the amazing social worker who helped ease my grandmas anxiety as well! You are truly a blessing to us! I hope my grandma does not need rehab again, but if she does, we will definitely be coming back here.
I called this location and spoke to Mrs. Ronna about care for my grandmother. I appreciated how helpful and informative she was in processing feedback about the services provided at the site. However, I was disappointed to find out that Anthem insurance is not accepted. Luckily, Mrs. Ronna provided alternative care options, and I really appreciated it! Thank you!
The nursing staff was very caring and very understanding the social worker there does not deserve the job title that she has very cold and disrespectful the wound care people are very rough and are not in any way caring they do their job but they don't care if they hurt you or not and they will not take time to speak with the patient's family. I would not suggest even bringing my animal to this place it only looks good the staff is what makes it bad.
