Lovely friendly, helpful lady. BUT the product is filthy! Definitely not cleaned despite paying a cleaning fee! With Covid as it is this should have been completely sanitised before re letting! If I wasn’t desperate for it I would have searched around and not taken it. Edit. It was cleaned?? A few minor imperfections? Mmmmm please see photos below. Thank you.
The lady in the shop was always very helpful. The wheelchair I hired for 7 weeks was in a good, clean condition and a fair price to hire per week. Thank you.
Wanneroo- no ramp access for W/C in the front of the shop- I have to asked staff to place it before go in. Pls place it after opening the shop! The shop had 2 customers with a 4wheeled walker inside . when called to ask about the order, the staff kept saying that she had another customer calling in another line. Pls finish talking with the customer properly before getting another customer. Pls hire another staff to work with her - clearly she is under a lot of stress... Bayswater- thank you for the speed service to compensate the “lost order” ...
