I came to Cypress Creek looking for a nice place for our father. Suzanne Bartley, was very open and available to answer all of our questions. She was very patient and showed that she truly cared about all of the residents at Cypress Creek. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated her guidance and recommendations. My father passed before being able to make it to Cypress Creek, but I know that if he had, he would have received the best at Cypress Creek!! Suzanne T.

The staff at Cypress Creek are some of the most caring people I have encountered anywhere. Unfortunately my Dad was brought to Cypress Creek on Hospice and did end up passing there. Everyone from the director to the person cleaning his room took the best care of him and were always supportive and informative. Each person was full of encouraging words and they did their best to turn what was such a hard time in our family's life into a beautiful passing. I will be forever grateful for the staff at Cypress Creek
rena needs to be fired! horrible the way she treats people then acts like a decent person when the residents families are around
horrible how they treat staff and residents i was living there then was kicked out without notice working 24 hr shifts to be treated like nothing meds are not given to patients when supposed to be staff gossip about their co workers and patients they don’t give the patients anytime outside or things to do they also never gave me some of my stuff back which was stuff worth about $500 in electronics
treat staff and residents horribly gossip about others and are rude if was ran by different people would be a lovely place all the owner and higher ups care about is what they can get out of you
