We brought our Father here for a much needed respite care. The staff were wonderful for and with him. We picked him up 5 days later and he was peaceful, relaxed and ready to go home when we got there to pick him up. What a blessing to his family this was as care givers to have a place like this to utilize. And not worry while he was there. Thank you Whitney Moskey and all the staff!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL place! The staff are great, food is great, building is always clean, therapy is on top of everything and always working hard! The nurses and aides seem to really care and laundry is hard working all day long! There’s always something going on with activities, which helps out a lot to get to know people! If I had to choose a place to send myself or loved one, THIS DEFINITELY WOULD BE IT! Great job EVERYONE @Cumberland Pointe Care Center.
The administration this facility is absolutely horrendous. I would not even place my dog into their care and I'm completely mind blown that they're still permitted to provide care for people. Select staff members have been absolutely incredible and are so selfless and kind however unfortunately due to the approach that administration takes to family concerns and family questions I would strongly encourage anyone to place their family members somewhere else.
This place is horrible... Never enough aids for the people and they do not treat their employees any better. The employees Union rep always has to fight for them to get anything. They refuse to pay employees what they have earned (pto) after they work out their two week notice. Good luck if you have to have a loved one there or work there.
This facility has a beautiful courtyard that is so refreshing to see the residents using this time of year. Wonderful staff that truly do care. Thanks for all you do.
