My Mother spent a month in this dump which is the only way I can described it. Very short staffed and ignorant to patients My Mother had 20 falls due to less acceptable. Should any the individuals employed in this poor excuse of nursing home every need assistance late in life or a any stage, I wish them better care than my Mother received before moving her to a well maintained, orderly and staff that is trained to care for dementia patients along with a dementia unit. I wouldn’t put my worse enemy in a supposed healthcare center.

My aunt is very pleased with her stay, enjoys food and loves going to therapy, great staff
I've had excellent care from start to finish. The food was good, therapy was excellent, the people were very nice. I was well taken care of and would recommend to anyone.
The aides were very helpful. Rehabstaff was great. Nurses were nice. But the rest of the working staff had issues. I was in the facility for months. I was told if I did what they wanted me to do regarding my discharge if not I would have to leave ama. I did what they requested but still never received all of my meds sent to my pharmacy. Nor a referral for home health care. And none of the meds I was receiving were sent home with me. Now I'm expected to pay for the meds. There is alot not right in this facility. Bit it has nothing to do with the aides, or nurses.
The staff are rude. Debbie one of the staff lied straight to me. I was hung up on multiple times trying to get information on a relative. Another nurse if you can call them that put me on hold then hung up. I was told it was in emergency then told to wait but given no information. This place is shady I don't trust them want my relative moved.
