My husband was admitted to Crowne in Montgomery twice within two months. We were very impressed with the care and attention he was given. Yes, the building is older (most in Montgomery are), but the staff did their jobs well. The PT and OT employees were professional and well trained. He was transported to his early dialysis appointments and, knowing he would miss breakfast, the food staff made sure he had a snack to take with him. The little things mean a lot. We expected good care because that’s their business, but we didn’t expect the kindness and compassion he received. The nurses were knowledgeable, the social workers were his advocates, the therapists were dedicated to his improvement, and the admissions director was a true gem. I wish I could name everyone, but here’s a big thank-you to a rehab center we will use again if necessary.

I am grateful for these wonderful people for taking care of my mom. Every now and then we run into a snag but I am truly grateful for Stacy Bell her social worker. Any issue that comes up are taken care of it right away most of the time . I'm grateful for her caregivers for the most part. We don't live in a perfect world so circumstances do come where we have to deal with them. Overall I enjoy the fact that she is around people her age. We don't have to worry about her getting her medication or a meal. I am especially excited about her activities that she attend almost every day. I think she's in the best place with the best care that she can get. And I truly have to say that I am very impressed with the administrator of the facility. She's on top of it if there are any issues. There are so many others that I would like to commend for the care and the activities and the food that's fixed everyday . I don't know any names but I just thank you so much for caring for my mother . I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs good care and doesn't have to pay a huge price for it.❤️❤️❤️
What I love most about crown is the staff, especially the Social Worker Toye. She's very professional, kind and care about her patients and their families... She goes above and beyond her scope of practice and never stop working until the job is done.. We need more compassionate people like her... She's amazing....
They took such great care of my sweet Aunt after her stroke. Our case worker Shan was wonderful to work with and got us all set up for an easy transition home.
Crowne Health Care of Montgomery does an outstanding job caring for my mother's needs. They are attentive and proactive with her care. Her social worker, Toy Vaughn, is responsive, professional, helpful and is like an extended family member to us. We appreciate all that she and the entire staff do to partner with us for my mom's well being.
