My family and I met Kari during a time of need, and she was truly incredible. She was always patient and available to answer all of our questions, ensuring every concern we had was addressed with care. The facility is wonderful, and the staff has been nothing but supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the decision we made. Crest Haven Nursing Home in Cape May, is truly exceptional! From the moment we began exploring care options, it was clear that this facility stands out for its compassionate and professional staff. The nurses and aides are fantastic – attentive, kind, and deeply committed to providing the highest level of care for their residents. I want to especially highlight Kari, who went above and beyond to help me during a particularly stressful time while I was still in the hospital. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer every single one of my questions gave me such peace of mind. She explained everything clearly and made the transition to Crest Haven seamless.
