I visited my brother yesterday at your facility and was pleasantly surprised. The entrance was impressive. The receptionist greeted me and was helpful in giving me directions. The lobby was beautifully decorated with a theme for Spring. My brother's room looked and smelled nice. The staff members that I encountered were very pleasant. One came in to give my brother his meds and a couple of them came in and asked if he needed anything. My brother has been there for a week and seems happy there. From what I observed today, I would recommend this Crescent Cities Center.

Please do not use crescent cities . My grandmother was sent here to get better instead she passed from a bed sore that doctors say usually happen in months time not two weeks time . During the time tried multiple times reaching out to the owner . The family was already in touch because of our unhappiness with the standard of care . Never once has the owner called us back to discuss or come to a solution. To me that shows more than enough . If you actually love your family this is not the place . To the comments saying it’s so beautiful and so engaging I ask for you to give it a couple of days and see . Come at all hours and see . They are good hiders ……
The facility is clean and very pleasant to visit, I just think the nurses can be very loud when they are conversing in the hall way. My cousin stated that she needed to go to the restroom, they took too long, so knelt on the floor and try to crawl. I informed never do this again. Thus should never happen. These elderly people who deserve better, much better than this.
This place is horrible, it smells really bad. I heard patience crying asking for help and no one was coming to help them (this was on the 3rd floor). The call button for the nurses or Technicians stay on until a family member has to go up to the desk and ask why they are not responding. My mom stayed there for 12 days, I regretted from day one. She was there for PT and for 6 days she laid in the bed without anyone working with her and no explanation. She had really bad bruises on her arms, that was not there when we She arrived. The staff grabs them by their arms to turn them and change the sheets. I am so sorry I put my mom there, she is currently in the hospital recuperating from this negligent place. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I really wish I could give this place no stars. Tiktok @28screwsinmyback
Came here to visit my mother in law and I was truly disappointed. Very filthy & dusty I feel like the games are outdated and just the over all appearance is very disturbing. When you pull up there is a sign that looks very bad in the front! Coffee stains, dusty vents , dusty shelves !
