My parents were at Crescent Care for 18 months total between them - 2022-2024. It's important to consider current info when deciding on a nursing home because management & staff change over time. There was not one person who worked there that was anything other than competent, helpful, and pleasant - to us as visitors, and to my parents - from the guy mopping the floor, to the nursing staff, to the activities staff, to management. The staff seemed happy - like they considered it a good place to work. They were happy to sit down with us for a meeting when we wanted updates (all the staff that worked with my parents gave a report at each meeting). Any kind of scrape or bump was reported to us immediately. They did exactly what you would hope a nursing home staff would do. The building, on the other hand, is old. They have just updated it - new paint & floors, so it looks much nicer than it did - but it's never going to look as fancy as the newer facilities. The skill & attitude of the staff more than make up it.

My papa is at Crescent Care. Great experience so far. The staff is so friendly, nurturing, and attentive! The place is very clean and smells nice. The residents look happy and comfortable.
This was my first visit and I was impressed that there were no offensive odors and that my friend was in PT when I arrived. The PTA was very complimentary to my friend’s progress.
What makes Crescent Care special is the compassionate and friendly staff. From the warm reception, knowledgeable office staff, and caring CNAs and nurses…it’s truly the people who make this facility shine.
Good morning 🙏🏿 Crescent Care I was very pleased to see well you al have taken care of my Friend and Band Member Mr. Arvell Bradfeld he is in pretty good spirits, but he needs to be more mobile in his everyday life, I am going to be more hand on to help with that being said Thank's you al for that you together have Done.
