I recommend that you do not put your loved ones in this place. They charge residents extra money for an emergency button they can wear in case they fall or have an emergency. We pay for this service for my grandmother, but they often don't respond to the button. She has been locked out of her room, fallen on the floor and had other issues. No response from the staff. One time, after my grandmother got no response from the button, she called my mother at home. My mother came to help my grandmother and arrived before any of the staff responded to the emergency button. My mother has reached out to the administration about the issue. They did not take her complaints seriously. Several residents have had the same problem and have relocated. We are hoping to relocate my grandmother soon. For the money it costs to live here, you want peace of mind that your loved one is being well cared for. You may not get that experience at Crescendo.

This is a very nice, clean, and welcoming place for seniors. Take a tour with Blanca. She’s very nice and professional. She will go above and beyond to help you!
Crescendo Senior Living of Placentia is amazing! My client was so happy with the staff. They made her father feel so welcome and safe♥️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I feel like I found an angel when I found Shermaine.. She was such a great support in finding respite care for my father allowing my husband and I who are his full time care takers to travel and celebrate our 30 year anniversary. Shermaine provided multiple locations to meet with based on specific needs that I had identified and offered her full support during the entire process. The facility that he stayed at made my father feel very welcome and comfortable the moment he arrived and we are so thankful to Shermaine for her amazing services and support.
We have been very happy with Crescendo Memory Care. The administrative staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, offering useful suggestions to our family as we learn more about dementia. We have found the caregivers to be very supportive, cheerful, and professional. The entire staff is a great asset. We are thankful to have found this wonderful community for our mother.
can’t say enough wonderful things about Crescendo. During the Summer my sister and I became faced with taking care of our 88 year dad. We were doing it all, plus both working full time. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Charley who explained to me the different options that Crescendo offered for Assisted Living. There was never any pressure. He would check in on “Dad”, to see how everything was going. I always appreciated his calls. Last month we felt that our Father was ready for the transition. We have been so pleased with the whole experience. Charley, Dawn, and Dale make an amazing team! My Father recently moved into a deluxe studio and he loves his apartment! Thank you to all who care for him!
