My husband has been at Creekside Village for 100 days. Tomorrow he will be discharged to come home. Sending him to Creekside was the best decision we could have ever made. The nurses, staff and administrators are beyond reproach. They are professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable. They work hard in the best interest of their patients and are accommodating to hear and engage the families. My son and I were there everyday with my husband and we witnessed just how fantastic they all are with the patients. Questions are answered quickly, concerns are listened to and remedy’s are forthcoming. To anyone in need of skilled nursing rehabilitation, I highly recommend and encourage you to consider Creekside Village. To All the staff, thank you so much for everything you did for Mark and my family , you will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

I moved my Dad to Creekside last week. From the beginning of the process, everything was top notch. The intake administer gave me her cell number if there were any problems. They accommodated my schedule in the move. There were to minor incidents after the move. The laundry was one of I called and within 15 minutes the problem was solved. Creekside received incorrect admission papers from other facilities. Within 15 minutes that problem was resolved. Everyone has been kind and helpful. My dad is very happy there.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. My mom got transferred, put into a shared space by an aide, with no direction, no admission process, no explanation of buttons to push if needed help. She is unable to walk unassisted and there was nothing for her if she needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was overflowed with someone else’s poop. The aide had the nerve to say she didn’t know how long it had been there because the other person doesn’t get up for the bathroom. For an hour and a half, the person in the space next to her was yelling for an aide the entire time, needing help, wanting help, asking for my moms name, saying she was here first and she needed help first. We only saw a nurse one time and she came in to take my mom’s blood sugar and said she would be back to do other stuff, again. Nothing explained to my mom or us on what to do or what was going on. Just got stuck next to someone needing help and not getting it’s the drawer was filled with someone else’s clothes. The place wee grower while we were taking my mom out of there the nurses had nothing to say, said this was their process, they don’t do any admissions or walk they. I don’t know how to explain it but this was an absolute nightmare. The visitor bathroom also was backed up with water all over the floor and no one seemed to care to do anything about it. I would never send someone here. I am on day 2.5 on leaving messages with two different managers or I don’t know to call me back so I can discuss what we went through. Still no responses.
🆘👿⚠️🚧🤮☠️🥀😳 My God: words fail me. We picked this facility based on implied or totally unfulfilled expectations made when we toured pre admission! It’s horrific!!If you care about the patient, please don’t send them here. One staff person exceeds at job performance & she coordinates transportation to doctor appointments! But Opal is awesome. Sad, out of an entire staff of a NURSING FACILITY?? The transport coordinator cares. No nurse. Definitely no Doctor has expressed concern nor care. The Director, Erin: is like a Vana White showpiece for Creekside Village. Much like their giant bus and minivan parked very prominently in front, yet no drivers?? She is a showpiece for corporate. Not judging, just saying I do not care if you are wearing this seasons top fashion nor the amount of effort spent into your appearance and little for into being any kind of effective Health Care Worker at All! In ANY capacity. The patients are cash cows to her. That is her only success-milking money via shady/morally questionable and totally disrespectful of patient & family communication or doing well at getting our loved one at all better. We’ve lost a lot of sleep because we picked Creekside. Now, our US veteran is ‘Locked into a VA contract and CANNOT leave?? Isn’t that more like treating him as a POW, rather than the PATRIOT he is?! 🇺🇸🫡 Just don’t. I’ve seen lots of nursing facilities…I very much regret picking Creekside! Very impressive curb appeal with a sweet director, who I’ve never seen since. It’s money. She was a salesperson..selling me on the facility. She lied. Patient ratio of nurses per patient census…told 12 to 1! Reality: 2-3 RNs and like an enormous 45-75 CNAs! They are Not Nurses!!!False advertising, shady business practices and a disrespectful and bluntly rude staff. Shame on Creekside Village and its Director, Erin Ginter. This is my loved one!Not 💰💵🤑💸💰!!!🤮 Disgusting behavior, no respect for disrespect of a combat wounded soldier of the USA 🇺🇸. Sad.😔 🆘☠️🚧😢🙏🥀😳👿💯⚠️🆘 The staff really needs to do better at coordinating and communicating via both patient & family regarding: our intake (??!), the zero updates we have all been provided by Creekside staff?? Not the patient nor his concerned family have any idea why he is so sick or what his diagnosis nor prognosis, my God…no discharge plan at all!
My mom went to Creekside for rehabilitation therapy after two admissions at other local facilities. They were the key to her recovery. She thrived under their care. She received top notch physical therapy from licensed physical therapists. She had excellent nurses, and the food was high quality and made from scratch. If anyone I love needs rehabilitation therapy, this is the only facility I would recommend. I know they will receive the absolute best care.
