WOULD GIVE TEN STARS IF I COULD!! The faculty and grounds are lovely. And the weekly activities and groups keep things lively. There’s something for everyone! And I have to say the staff at Creekside are truly EXCEPTIONAL!! They all went out of their way to make things easier on us and my mother when we were moving Mom in. You can tell they really care about the residents. There’s often a couple residents chatting with them at their door. They are wonderful! I am so very happy we found this place! Mom told me she feels like she’s home already, even though it has only been 3 weeks. So great!
I would give zero stars if it were possible. These pictures you see here are of the day we moved our Aunt into this room. Dead cock roaches everywhere. We asked for it to be cleaned since we had to pay a hefty non refundable deposit, and we were promised new paint, new carpet, and ensured it would be clean. Not the case. I cleaned it myself. Also, all they want is your money. Even after our family member passed, they were still pulling money out of her account. We have been promised a refund multiple times and heard a different excuse every time we contacted Carole. It has now been six months. They will promise the world to you, but do not fall for it. Sometimes makes me think if we had found a different temporary place for our loved one, would they still be with us today? Also, the police cannot even get into the building after hours to do a welfare check, and there is no staff there after hours. NONE This place is an absolute scam.
I brought my mother in for a tour and to get some information. We spoke with Aaron who was very thorough, friendly, and had a great attitude! We could tell that he truly cared for the residents. It was evident that he and the staff we encountered make Creekside a real home.
Aside from a few gems on staff, the rest of the staff is completely incompetent. In less than a year they’ve had two general managers, two assistant managers and countless staff turn over. The residents have been the ones to suffer through this. They’ve been neglected and made to feel as they aren’t important. Additionally, they have made numerous erroneous charges to my account for rent and I still can’t get anyone to contact me and tell me what’s going on.
