My husband has been here for almost a year and I’m happy to write about the positive changes I’ve seen. I will start with the new Wellness Director. As a result, the care has been improved tremendously! She is hands on and very personable. I finally feel I can rest knowing he is in good hands. Additionally, seeing the same staff every day is reassuring to not only me but to my husband as well. This place is a diamond in the ruff and I’m glad we stuck around to see it shine! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for their loved one to be cared for like family.

Don't bother. Completely mismanaged. The place is in constant turmoil. High staff turnover. The good ones they hire are burned out quickly. They can't attend to the residents accordingly. Several families pull the medication ordering process away from "their pharmacy" It's always something. They say we're not short-staffed. However, it's clearly evident by the constant double shifts and exhausted looks in the Aides that are doing the best they can. Corporate will post a canned response here to look like they care. Nothing changes. The only reason there's 2 stars is because of the Aides that care. Do yourself a favor, find home care and pay them versus corporate evil. Sad they don't realize referrals would happen if they got it together... But no. Thankfully Ms. Nelson was removed as the LPN. A false police report against a family member was apparently the straw that broke the camels back. She was replaced with a diligent LPN who has sadly already left. The Executive Director is ineffective and was completely manipulated by Ms. Nelson, who threw accusations of harassment and allegations of utterly false threats to employees by family members. The Executive Director is incapable of issuing an apology for false allegations nor reimbursing for theft of personal property as she stated "we'll take care of that". Never happened. Employee turnover still high, don't believe their website remarks about staff continuity. It doesn't exist. Recently there was a night shift with only 1 person on staff. Not safe for the employee or the 24 +/- residents. I urge you to consider other options.
Awful management and LPN. Some assistants really care but they are never consistent on checking on patients. Lack of staff and very poorly managed. They are a nice enough newer facility but it’s like lipstick on a pig-if you are seeking assisted living my opinion is stay far far away from this place. They literally were showing a deceased persons apartment within hours of passing. Unprofessional and disrespectful. RUN dont walk away from this place. RUN
The staff is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond for both of my parents and were incredibly kind as my mom was going through hospice. We did a tremendous amount of homework and all these places are basically all the same. So in my opinion it's not the food or the amenities that count. It's 100% the staff and the care they provide.
This place needs to be shut down. There has been problems after problems since my mom has moved there. The nurse (Krystal) is very disrespectful and does not care about no one but herself. The only reason I give one star is because of the staff, at least some of the staff.
