I could not be more happier with the care and respect that Plumpton villa shows my father, my dad has been at other age care facilities first and was treated absolutely terrible, this is the best by far, the staff are so lovely and very professional and well trained . I would not have any issues recommending this place for anyone else in our position. My dad has dementia and they really care about his high care needs. A big thank you to the staff 😊

This facility has a good vibe to it. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. They know my name when I visit and most of the time, the place has food aromas wafting through…which reminds me of visiting grandparents in their home when younger. My mother has dementia and has some challenging behaviours which still need to be addressed. I’m hoping the staff at Plumpton Villa can come up with some more strategies to help her with these issues. My mother is antisocial and has been for a very long time. But thanks to Hafeez and the lifestyle team, I’ve seen her laugh, smile and interact with other residents in a positive manner that would never have happened living at home. The activities keep her occupied and engaged and has helped our family to cope better with her moving to aged care, knowing she’s at least enjoying part of her day…everyday.
Thank you to Hafeez and his lifestyle team for accommodating to my mum's lifestyle needs. They have done an amazing job for Mother's day celebrations. They have had a lot of new ideas and activities for the residents.
My mom resides in CraigCare Plumpton Villa . The staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. We went to the Mothers day event this year , Hafeez and lifestyle team did a great job!!
I can't say enough good things about Plumpton villa Craig care Glenroy . From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is special. The facilities are top-notch, always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and safe environment. What truly sets plumpton villa apart is the staff. They are not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly compassionate a special mention to Joe, Susan, Havish, Janet and shakir. They treat each resident like family, going above and beyond to provide personalized care and attention. It's clear they genuinely care about the well-being of everyone there. The care my grandfather was given during his EOLP was beyond amazing and our family will forever be grateful. Knowing my pop was in such a caring and supportive environment brings immense peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a nursing home where their family member will be treated with dignity, respect, and love.
