He attended craig care after a difficult period in RMH and you all made him feel welcome and very comfortable. Your services very the exceptional and we knew dad was in good hands, he was able to recover quickly. Sapana and the team on 5 East were fantastic at all times, question and queries responded to quickly and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending these wonderful people to care for our elderly parents. Thank you all.

This is a great run rehabilitation hub in Moonee Ponds.It is so good that the never opened Essendon Hospital is being used for a good purpose.The residents are well cared for .
Great facility with very kind and caring staff. Clean and well cared for residents. The food is an absolute disgrace. Really poor choices, overcooked, bland and tasteless
I can't thank the team at CraigCare Moonee Ponds enough for the care and attention they provide to my parents, who are both residents. The food is high quality, plentiful, and varied. My parents' room is a good size and has a wonderful panoramic view looking south. Nobody really likes having their loved ones having to rely on residential aged care, but I cannot ask for better.
Exceptional staff including nursing , kitchen and carers , especially Sapana :) just placed my father in respite care , I feel at ease that he is in CraigCare. Thank you all, you are all amazing 🙏😀 Very responsive client services coordinator and reception staff with communication and updates also .
