Horrible! The night staff is very incompetent. I called regarding a package I sent to my aunt, to make sure she received it. I was hang up in by some caucasian women who sounded like she smokes 20 packs of cigarettes a day. The hung up on me 3 times! Every person I spoke with didn’t know anything! They just blamed the morning shift. If they can’t answer the phone correctly I can’t imagine how they treat patients. I will be call in the administrator in the Morning. If you don’t like where you work you shouldn’t be working there!

Very lovely community with skilled professionals. They deliver exceptionally kind care. I see they also just passed an annual inspection with a perfect score! I 100% would recommend Coventry Meadows for your loved one to rehab and get stronger!
I haven’t seen the place in 2 years. They’ve really updated very impressive. 😀 Clean and inviting. Very accommodating staff.
Steven in physical therapy is AMAZING!!!My mother was not wanting to do therapy and he called me and rearranged his schedule so I could come and assist with her "mood".Well We got her up and doing occupational and physical therapy today!!!!You are VERY lucky to have him .See you tomorrow Steven and my whole family APPRECIATE YOU and thank you!!
The nursing staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The CNAs were patient and helpful. The physical therapy department was wonderful and I very much appreciated the woman that washed my hair!
