A relative of mine has been living at Covenant House on respite care for a while now, and I've gotta say, it's been fantastic for her. They have plenty of activities to keep her engaged. The facility is always clean and the food's great. The staff are really friendly as they genuinely care about everyone's wellbeing. It feels like a big family here. It's a big relief to know my loved one is in good hands. Five stars all the way!

Disappointed to speak with staff this morning at reception enquiring about costs for respite care to be told there was an available room with access via ramp to accommodate my mother living with parkinsons. After expressing the need for some respite and my mother having a few falls, reception told me this was because of an underlying UTI which they don't have. Receptionist is not a doctor. And told to see a GP for a referral which we already have. It appeared that they did not wish to take on someone that may be deemed high risk to care for temporarily.
Extremely rude staff that hang up in your face without even waiting to find out why you are ringing.
The service, food and company that the staff of Covenant house provide is second to none. They treat everyone as if they are family!
Extremely Caring Staff and Wonderful Service will certainly return for Respite in Future if Required
