Listen for those of you writing these five star reviews, I am glad you feel confident your loved one is placed well. However, if you work and see what REALLY goes on there in the fine details of the place you would be appalled. Not much of what you think you see are true statements. The higher up in management spend their days talking about when there next vacation is and just how corporate gives them so much PTO. Their hearts are the furthest thing from being ALL IN for the residents. Much of the monthly budget money goes to the very supervisors that are to create and execute activities and items to make the residents days special. NO, the very employees that are to provide for the residents are busy finding ways to keep things for themselves. I gave one star for the awesome dog and pony show they put on for the families. What families don't know is many of those residents are ignored and not included in on many things. The activities director pick the same favorites who are high functioning, most all others completely ignored. The monthly schedule of events is a fake, if you stick around you will see not too much listed is accurate. If you've been on the inside you realize just how much of this facility is all about how to hire the best actors and actresses for the job. Once on the other side you realize you cannot bring up nor question ANY of the lies you observe they put out to families. Shame, for those family members looking for a facility just be cautious, Although the place is beautiful not too much else is real! OH! and shame on them for deleting the negative reviews so only their 5 stars show

We come here every year for some time around Christmas time for the annual holiday piano recital. The place is clean. There is a happy hour daily. The residents seem happy and are well cared for. I hope my son would put me in here when I get up in ages. May be if he still loves his dad, he would pick a room with a window so I can look out and see the world goes by.
My mom has been in Connections, the memory care unit, for almost a year now. Her every need is met with care and compassion...from getting dressed every morning, bathing, medications being administered and to three meals served to her in a beautiful dining room. Every day is filled with an extensive schedule of fun activities to do. The activities are too numerous to list but include singing, playing bingo, arts and crafts, going for rides into the country and enjoying entertainment from guest musicians. My mom's days are filled with engaging people and activities. The staff personnel from Country Meadows are exceptional, from being greeted in the lobby with a smile, to the nurses, to the wonderful aides. There are also many support programs if an individual needs that, such as physical therapy and speech therapy. The staff that also does a great job--cooks and housekeeping-- but that you don't see because they are behind the scenes, make Country Meadows of Forks a well run and pleasant community to be a part of. I am totally satisfied with every aspect that Country Meadows has to offer and would highly recommend this community to others!
From the very first greeting upon arrival, I was thrilled to enter this assisted living community. My sister and I were looking for a living environment that would take care of all of our mothers needs and we found it here at Country Meadows. Lynn was so kind and helpful with our initial meeting and I felt like I knew her forever. It can be difficult for a loved one to transition to another living situation, but all of the staff make this place a success. We know our mother is very safe with the excellent care that is given to her. What a fabulous atmosphere, like stepping into a first class hotel! I want to commend all of the staff for their care and kindness for the people who reside here. You are all the best, thank you!
The staff and residents make Country Meadows an enjoyable place to live. The facility is beautiful inside and out. From the time you move in you are greeted by all staff by your name and everyone is very helpful. The variety of activities is good with fitness classes, excursions, shopping and entertainment. We strive to connect with our local community police, fire, restaurants, events and arts.
