I admitted my brother to this facility from the VA to receive hospice care. This was an excellent decision. From the start all staff provided excellent care. They were understanding and had good bedside manner. The business office was so kind to work with. The facility was always clean, day and night. I'm here from Texas, and was so pleased my brother had a clean peaceful place to pass in. As a retired nurse, and Quality Assurance Director, I can tell you this place is one I trust. From administrator, social workers and nursing staff, I applaud you all. I lost my journal with names , but nonetheless you won't go wrong Country Manor nursing facility.

I love this facility.... BUT. If I have any complaint, it is that communication is not the greatest, and I have to search for information about my loved one. In addition, almost every time I call and ask for the nurse's station, the phone is picked up immediately, but no one answers - I'm left hearing people talking, with no response, which is extremely frustrating. This has happened EVERY TIME I've called. I have to appear in person to get information or to speak to my loved one.
I had major hip replacement surgery & there were some complications so I could not put any weight on leg for 5-6wks & due to my home not able to accommodate a wheelchair I had to goto a skilled facility to rehab. Not being too excited with this outcome we did research to find a good place near my home. I have been 99% impressed with the staff & nurses here. Very caring & my needs met. I have been putting in alot of work in the rehab room & really like staff in there too. I have met some other great patients here as well & they also try to have some type of activity daily to help socialize patients and residents. I would tell anyone I know who finds themselves or family needing to be in a facility like this that this one is doing a great job.
Very caring staff. Yes. It is skilled nursing and sometimes it takes awhile when you call but the caretakers get there and do what they can ti make people comfortable. Admin knows her stuff and help with all the processes.
The difficulty of dealing with end of life decisions is at best taxing. When dealing with parents who just wanna be with family it’s even more difficult the people here at. Country Manor I’ve done the best I can with a most difficult situation. Thank you very much.
