My parents have lived at Cottonwood for about 4 months so far. The management team there are an amazing group of people. They are compassionate and caring. And, the residents are also very wonderful. In just those short months my parents have made lasting friendships. Everyone looks out for each other here and it gives me great comfort knowing my parents live in such an environment.

My mother has lived a Cottonwood Estates for almost 9 years. It has been a wonderful experience for her. She has made special friends, gone to many activities and celebrations, and been able to enjoy life more than when she was living alone. I have always felt welcome and free to visit and/or enjoy a meal any time. I highly recommend Cottonwood Estates.
The management is less than helpful. My Grandmother had to be rushed to the hospital and didn’t take her key to her apartment. I went back early, around 10:30 Pm so I wouldn’t wake them up early in the morning when I took her home after her discharge from the hospital to get her key. I’ve worked the midnight hours for more than 36 years as a police officer and in the military so maybe I’m use to it but that’s not late. Just rude and short, no compassion for my grandmother. Never asked how she was even. Just whined about the doors being locked at 7:30 and didn’t I know that. No, I had no clue. My Grandmother left in an ambulance at 7. That’s not the first or second time. Two other times I called the office and made simple requests for her. I live an hour away. They said they would help and they did not.
I visited Cottonwood for the first time for my brother n laws birthday. There was good food and drink for all. There was also a 2 man band that is awesome. They played a variety of 70's 80's songs as well as allowing people from the party to sing and be a part of the entertainment. I was allowed to sing several songs including one I had just written. It was a great time and I hope to do it again real soon. Paul Eskew
We had a great experience with my inlaws at Cottonwood. They look after the well-being of their residents and the food was very good. The managers Laurie, Jim, Joyce and George were always kind and helpful and responded quickly to the special needs my inlaws had. We also worked with Adoun, a private caregiver at Cottonwood and she took an excellent care for my mother in law. We will miss them all. Highly recommended.
