Cottonwood was a wonderful experience; particularly the physical therapy department shout-out to Kelsey and Daniel and Kayla for their special work with me. I got great support from everyone, including social services. The food was excellent, the chef worked really hard to get me a delicious meal. Special shout-out to the CNAS. They work in a hard environment and still handle it all really well. If I ever need more help I will continuously choose Cottonwood Canyon for rehab. Love you all for sure. Thank you for everything. Fantastic!! I can’t say enough good things about this facility! The entire nursing staff is absolutely wonderful! So kind, compassionate, and dedicated to providing, excellent care. The CNAs go above and beyond, always making sure I was taken care of! Even the cleaning staff is incredibly helpful and devoted to their work. The level of care and kindness here is truly exceptional! The administrator Hunter is very hands-on, and easy to talk too! He makes sure things run smoothly. It’s such a welcoming, supportive environment, and I’m beyond grateful for all the amazing people here!
I had the pleasure of staying at Cottonwood Canyon Healthcare for a month for my IV antibiotics, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I want to give a special shout-out to the incredible nursing staff, particularly Luz, Christine, and Ana Marie, who took such great care of me. A heartfelt thank you also to Nurse Davon, who took the time to chat with me and made me feel heard, even though I wasn't her patient. The administrative team, including Arlene, Mina, and Nicolette, were amazing as well. They were always available and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly during my stay. The administrator Hunter always showed sincere interest in patients. The facility itself was fantastic. I felt super comfortable in my room, and the staff consistently met my needs with care and attention. The dietary team also did a wonderful job. If I ever didn’t enjoy a meal, they were quick to offer other options from the menu. The food is focused on a healthier diet, so don't expect overly sugary or fatty choices, which I really appreciated. The activities department was another highlight. They always had something fun or engaging to keep me entertained during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Cottonwood Canyon Healthcare for anyone in need of excellent care!
It's a great place if you like to deal with staff members who like to pass the buck, and always have this so called list they claim they put you on it's bull it's just so you think there concern & attend to your needs, grooming that will never happen. If you happen to have the bad luck! don't fall for this list because you'll never get to the top. I wondered who's desk I would have to do adance to get on the top of this so call-list of importance. I can’t thank the rehab and nursing teams enough for getting me back on my feet. Before therapy, I couldn’t walk, but with their expertise and encouragement, I’m regaining my independence. Special thanks to All Physical Therapy specialist for motivating me through every exercise, and to Arlene for visiting me in the hospital and convincing me to come here for rehab.
