I love it here! The staff is amazing! The y plan great social events, and really work hard to make these events special. There are so many opportunities to get involved in card games, tiles and other activities… The maintenance guy is great too! Nice to have someone else do the heavy lifting when things need to be fixed! Yeah to renting😊

Fabulous place to live! Major kudos to the staff, who not only manage the properties, but look out for us in such a caring manner. Activities and events at the community center are ongoing. Senior heaven!!
Stay very far away if you have pets. I have never had this issue with another landlord with the same cats. Norpoint is extremely rigid about any pet stains even if they are only visible under a black light and have no smell. They will insist on replacing carpet that they have not even attempted to clean because the carpet cleaners won't guarantee stains won't recur.
A brand new 55 and older community that's almost done with construction. Nice setting and a beautiful community.
