This place is a set up they make sure you can barely afford tthe place. I make 20 an hour and work 40 hours a week and according to them I make to much to be able to rent a unit they wanted 1100 a month for. I spent over 2 months working with these people trying to get all the info they needed and when I finally thought I was all good and was about to move in they come to me with you make to much! They act friendly and will talk nice but believe me they only want to set you up or take your application fee

I would preferably give them negative stars. I don’t know what this place’s deal is but they have THE WORST service ever. Called them 4 weeks ago just to ask where my grandma was on their list because she had to move/use her voucher by the end of the month and we knew she was getting close to the top AND that they had openings. These people had the nerve to ignore and avoid both my mom and my grandma’s caseworker AND STILL HAVEN’T RESPONDED. It’s not like it was just one person, it was 2-3 that work there that couldn’t give us a simple “yes” or “no” and repeatedly said they would “have an answer by tomorrow”. It’s been a month of tomorrows and we’re out of time.

We went through the application process. They told us we would have to keep our income below 47000 for the first year and pay 925 rent. This is a joke.
