My dad has been a resident for several months. The sales director Jackie clearly cares about the residents and works hard to put them in the best cottage for the most appropriate level of care. Dad has grown close to the caregivers, who are attentive, and caring. Socorro especially goes the extra mile to provide excellent care.

We visited and toured this senior living facility for my Dad who will need this level of living. We found the property very pretty, decorated beautifully for Halloween, the residences spotless and our escort and Sales Director Jackie was thorough, friendly, and most supportive of the kind of situation my Dad may need. The residents we were able to meet were quite happy and very interested in showing us their rooms. It was a very charming experience. We are very happy to begin the process for his residency at Pacifica.
Visited Pacifica as my first foray into researching senior facilities. Armondo gave me a tour of the facility and he was great. Took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. The facility appeared to be clean and well maintained. As of right now, Pacifica is at the top of my list.
Jackie was kind, patient, and thorough in her tour with me. It's clear Jackie & her staff were welcoming, caring, resourceful in my quest for a place for Mom. Jackie went above and beyond in her TIME she spent with me, it's evident her experience & attention to detail translates to the residents & the staff I met - they are engaged & happy. Ultimately, I had to have Mom near me 1300 miles from Henderson. Thank you Jackie!
My mom has needed assisted living for quite a while now but she's been difficult to accept that fact. My husband and I toured Pacific Green Valley a few months ago and were extremely impressed! Sharon Killian, the Sales Director, took a lot of time with us, graciously answering our 100 questions. It was not the right time to move mom in, but we knew that when the time came, we would move her to Pacific Green Valley. Fast forward 6 months and the time has come for mom to move to assisted living. We contacted Sharon who, once again, made herself available to help us. We took another look around and were just as happy with what we saw. There is so much to do when moving a parent! I found myself emailing Sharon multiple times a day with more questions and she always got back to me immediately, wanting to put my mind to rest and make sure things went as smooth as possible for my mom (and me). She was truly like a guardian angel! Mom is set to move in in a few days and I'm very excited for her. I know she's going to love this place. Her room is lovely and the cottage she's in is adorable! The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The grounds are very safe and well kept. I will update my review once mom is acclimated which I have the feeling won't take too long! 11/15/21 UPDATE: My mother is very happy at Pacifica. She's made friends and is very comfortable in her surroundings. I feel that she's receiving excellent care and I know I made the right choice for my mother! The management and staff are excellent and the welfare of the residents is top priority! Laurie at the front desk is like a ray of sunshine greeting you. Sharon Killian continues to be extremely caring, kind, and can be counted on to help with any question or concern that may arise. My mom and I are very grateful for Sharon and everyone at this wonderful facility!
