We had an amazing experience at Cottage Urgent Care- Buellton. Sarah quickly took care of us and kept us up to date on what would be happening. The PA Miranda was very thorough and took time to answer questions and explain what we needed to know. Crystal had amazing techniques to help my daughter (8 yrs old)take medication while being very conscious of my daughter's nervousness. Crystal talked us through every step. Barb made the X-ray process smooth and calming. She gave my daughter directions that were easy to understand and made the X-ray process a breeze. I highly recommend Cottage Urgent Care- Buellton.

Joseph and Viviana were so professional and caring. Making sure we were comfortable, gave us step by step info of the care to be given and questions answered. Service was quick by today’s standards. I highly recommend Cottages Urgent Care. The only issue is that our Canadian travel insurance was not accepted here so we opted to pay and submit the receipt to our insurance.
The staff was absolutely amazing with my 3 year old. They did everything they could to help her feel comfortable and in explaining to us what to expect so that we could be prepared. If you have to go to an urgent care, this one was one of the best. We were traveling through the area and if we ever have another emergency this will be the place we go.
Always very kind and professional! In my experience with various medical offices that have cared for my parents, myself and my 3 kids over the last few years we've increasingly found it to be more difficult to navigate front office staff and medical care. I'm surprised that when managing difficult health problems like cancer, dementia and childhood illnesses it has been medical offices that provide the treatment that are the least willing to extend grace to the families implementing their recommendations and impacted by such difficult situations. When we visit your facility, however, I'm always so relived to experience kindness and support from the moment we walk in. We have received excellent medical attention and care at every visit to cottage urgent care in Buellton. Our family feels incredibly fortunate to have your facility right around the corner. Came in yesterday with my daughter. We are both fighting the flu. We checked in at 2pm and we were asked to wait in our car because of our symptoms. The nice receptionist asked for my cell phone number and I watched her write it down. She told me there was a significant wait and that they would call me. After three hours, at 5pm, I went back in to make sure everything was ok. A different receptionist was at the desk told me that they called us at 3:23, but I didn’t answer. They marked us as gone. I told her that I never received her call and made certain of that in my cell phone. She looked at the phone number on her list, and recited my home land line. She then corrected herself, and said she had called my cell phone. There is zero record of that on my phone. We finally were in a room at 5:30 and were discharged at about 7 pm. In and out in 5 hours, including three and a half hours sitting in our car with severe flu symptoms. That was brutal. When we got home I checked my call log on our home phone, and confirmed they called the home phone. I can’t believe I paid for that experience. Zero stars.
