The Cortlandt staff is very welcoming. They do their best to answer all of your questions and explain how the facility operates. I stopped by unannounced and asked for a tour when trying to decide on a facility for my loved one. I was immediately shown around and introduced to many of the staff. All were open to addressing my questions and concerns. The entire care staff has been attentive and has provided my loved one with the individualized care that she needs.

The Cortlandt Healthcare staff was very cordial and helpful during check in and during my visit to the facility to see my mother. All of her needs were being met and the nurse assigned to her room was extremely patient and accommodating. The facility is clean and all floors are labeled very well, making navigating the different hallways and areas easy. They decorated for the winter holidays which made the space feel more warm and inviting. Thank you to the staff for everything they do for my mother and all the patients in their care.
The aides have been absolutely wonderful . April during the day and Eltha at night took the time to make a bond with him and take good care of him, I have no complaints on anyone here. Joy the nurse is so cheerful. They are focusing on care and compassion. Housekeeping is doing a very good job at cleaning. Highly highly recommended rehab,
I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Cortlandt Healthcare for making my mom’s transition to dialysis and rehabilitation as seamless as possible. From the moment she was discharged from the hospital, Sharon (Director of Admissions) went above and beyond to arrange nearby dialysis, which was such a relief. She ensured my mom had everything she needed upon her arrival. Every day, we were warmly greeted by Kathy, and Lynette worked tirelessly to coordinate transportation between the facility and the dialysis center, which we know wasn’t always easy. The nursing staff—Kerri Ann, Caryn, Nicole, Lorraine—along with the aides April and Mille, consistently cared for my mom with smiles and attention at all hours. Danielle, the social worker, was incredibly helpful with discharge planning and anything we needed for home care. Nancy (Director of Rehab), Josh, Brad, and Laura were instrumental in my mom’s recovery, helping her regain her strength. The doctors, Brett and Matthew, were professional and attentive throughout. We are truly grateful for the dedication and compassion shown by the entire team. You all made a challenging time much easier for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you!
My experience was very good. I felt as a patient there very secure and the staff was very compassionate and helpful and my rehab was fantastic there I went in after double pneumonia and I was released the other day and I’m very well on my road to a great recovery I strongly recommend This location for rehab. My therapist with Brad for physical therapy. He was very attentive and very helpful in my recovery.
