Cordia Senior Residents is a great place! My Mom has been there over 3 months and absolutely loves it. The staff is so friendly and caring. They have plenty of different activities for anything you can think of, crafts Fitness center & classes, library, beautiful courtyard with outside excise equipment, coy pond. Fabulous coffee bar with snacks & drinks. Amazing holiday parties! The food is amazing with MANY choices. Grand piano & fireplace in the lobby area. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend Cordia for your loved ones!

Cordia Senior Residence is absolutely THE. BEST. It feels like home when you visit your loved one. The staff, from receptionist to CNAs to kitchen/dining room, are amazing. Special kudos to two departments: Activities - Katie and Kirsten are pros and do such wonderful activities and family events. Keep up the good work! Dining - All the staff know all the residents by name. And the food is delicious! The soups are almost all homemade. Breakfasts and lunches are the best. We had Christmas Eve dinner with my mom there and it was one of the best dinners we've had in a very long time! Kudos to the chef and his staff! We would eat there every day if we could.
Cordia is a great place! My father lived there and loved it. Our only regret is that he did not move there sooner. We transferred him to Cordia from another facility. For people seeking the VA’s Aid and Attendance pension benefit, Cordia is the perfect choice. Other facilities (even very expensive ones) do not license every bed as assisted living, and therefore residents at those facilities don’t qualify for Aid and Attendance if they are in independent living. (Be very careful if you are applying for Aid and Attendance to diligence this point carefully since there is a lot of misinformation given out by other facilities). Furthermore, Cordia’s caregivers are Cordia employees, not from an outside agency. When we asked various employees how long they’ve been at Cordia, we were impressed by their length of employment. Unlike some facilities, Cordia does not separate residents who require more assistance from those who don’t. Assisted living residents can remain in their same unit and still be part of the Cordia community. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Cordia! My mom has been at Cordia for 5 years. She has a beautiful apartment. The building is always clean and so lively. Staff is very attentive (and after all this time, still the same staff, both those giving her care and in the office - so nice to know who to call if you need something). Exceptional place all around!
Cordia has been a wonderful experience for our family. My mother is very social and involved in many of the activities they offer. Their parties, pastries and social calendar are endless. She is living her best life!
