If you are able to take care of/advocate for yourself, this could be a good place. My very elderly Mom did not get the kind of care she needed!! She sat in her own urine for hours at times… at night she needed to use the bathroom and needed assistance. They eventually came in and told her to stop pushing her button!! She can’t see, we told them someone needs to feed her, but it’s rarely happened! There were times her meal would sit in front of her and be taken away without her taking a bite because she couldn’t see anything! There’s just a lack of compassion, but I’m not sure if this place is any worse than any other… they ALL seem to haves bad reps!! This one is no different!!
Mom was transferred from the Hospital last night. Great first impression today. Facility is bright and clean. Everyone is VERY pleasant and friendly. Looking forward to Mom making progress to getting home.
My experience has been excellent. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and always here to help with all Your issues, questions, and needs. I would recommend Coral Harbor with the 5 Star review.
Everyone's so nice there. They truly show pride in their work. Thank you for being good to Mr. Ted. It means a lot especially when I can't get there I know he is in good hands. Very clean and attentative.
