Stayed 4 nights breakfast was ok if you get there when they first open the pool is not for hotel guests they don’t do anything for their guests our air conditioner went out while staying there they replaced unit ordered some door dash food asked for some hot sauce that they serve during breakfast and they told me they don’t have any extra just not great customer service was staying w 3 others which got rooms side by side our trim was 3 floors above them even though we had booked at the same time very frustrating

Beautiful venue. Cordial staff. Tasty lunches. Awesome view. Nice game room along with an exercise area. Heated pool.
We visited last week and thought the place was wonderful! Finest I've seen in the city.
Beautiful place, lots of amenities and not too pricey. Pretty view of Lake Pontchartrain on the North side of the tower. Administrator, staff and residents seem friendly. I like the bus service that takes residents different places during the week and the activities for the residents. Seems like a nice place.
Great show a must see show !!!
