My cousin visited the Behavioral Health Unit at Continuing Care at the Ridge and absolutely loved it! She exclaimed over the large windows, spacious rooms, and complete lack of carpeting. She loved the trees and plants in the courtyard. She said the facility is exponentially cleaner and brighter than her sister's current facility. She hopes to move her sister to the Behavioral Health Unit soon!

Don't send your loved one here I used to be a employee here it's dirty and I've seen nurses and Aides being mean to the residents!
Please do not put your loved one in this place. It’s filthy. Dirty and old floor finish in nearly every door jam and corner. Stained ceiling tiles (indicates a leak in the ceiling) My mother in law was here for a week and we moved her out. In the time she was there, she was not bathed until we were going to physically take her to the shower room. They moved her to a different room but couldn’t be bothered to move her belongings 20 feet to her new room. We hit the call light and it was nearly an hour before it was responded to. On one visit, another resident was pushing her wheelchair and was going to “help” get her back in bed. We were told by an aide that this was ok. The front line staff was friendly and helpful when asked but those that are in charge of this place should be embarrassed.
Disgusting facility, If I could post the pictures I took you wouldn't be able to sleep. Staff doesn't have enough help, they knew nothing about a feeding tube and keeping a patient upright, when I'm done I can only hope the owners will never be aloud to own any kind of Healthcare facility again.
You don't deserve a 5star review, my father got transported to your nursing home for physical therapy but didn't have a chance to receive it, my father wasn't even there one whole day and he passed.. With all of the reviews that I have read, I wonder if he was taken care of properly or you just care more about the money..
