This place is amazing.. everytime I am there I am so impressed. I can't say enough about this place and Lynda Brown is so helpful and kind and a true breath of fresh air, a true professional and her entire team go above and beyond. If you are looking for your next home or are looking for a loved one, this is the place. I highly recommend it as they have so many amenities and they are so warm and welcoming. When I first reached out to this community I spoke with Tracey Howard and she is so knowledgeable and helpful about what you may be looking for and how their community can help your loved one thrive. You can tell she has a heart for what she is doing.

I LOVE this community! Everything about it totally works. I have been facilitating lecture presentations at The Conservatory at Alden Bridge on a monthly basis for over ten years and continue to enjoy every minute of it. Lynda Brown and her staff, Anjanett and Jim, are incredible. True professionals who always keep the interests of their residents at the top of their list and offer one of the best monthly activities calendar I've ever seen. Great residents, a superb facility, a caring and effective Executive Director, Tina Allen, and you have a winning combination. If you or anyone else you might know might be looking to move into an Independent Senior Retirement Community, you MUST put The Conservatory at Alden Bridge at the top of your list.
The Conservatory is an amazing place! All the staff and residents are always so enjoyable and pleasant. Tracey Howard and Lynda Brown have been especially delightful, and accommodating to partner with. We are so thankful for this beautiful location and people!

I want to specifically praise Lynda Brown, Director of Celebrations (Yes, that's her job title!!! What a GREAT title). She went above and beyond to host a 90th Birthday Party for my mom. This was nearly a week long celebration event for my family because we had family members from around the country fly in just for this celebration. I met with Lynda personally on several occasions to plan the celebration weekend (January 3-5). Lynda arranged to have an extra table set up for our family for Friday night Bingo, she helped me connect with April and Michael in the kitchen for a private Saturday night family dinner. She reserved the Game Room on Saturday night for our family and provided poker chips and cards. AND then on Sunday, she and several staff members set the dining room up with decorations and drinks and snacks for the official party. Lynda pre-planned so much for me and kept assuring me that it would all go smoothly and that she would take care of everything for me so that I could relax and enjoy the party and the time with my family. She reminded me several times that I did not need to “stress” about anything. She was absolutely correct!!! I am so extremely grateful to Lynda for all that she did to make this party so incredibly fabulous and special for my mom and our family. She even cut the birthday cake and distributed it during the party so that I didn’t have to. Also prior to the party we took group family photos and she and I had discussed lhis in advance with Lynda so that I would know where to situate my family. I want to point out one truly significant thing that Lynda said to me during one of our meetings. She told me “this is your mom’s home and we love her and we want to celebrate her.” That statement meant the world to me and Lynda was true to her word. I have seen Lynda in action during happy hour and she is always so kind and loving toward all the residents. She knows their names and their likes/dislikes. Thank you to Lynda and ALL of the staff who watch over my mom on a daily basis and who came together to celebrate this milestone birthday.
