Heard these people were refusing services to my deaf sister. Called and kindly asked why and they have hung up on me several times with no answer to why. Super rude and dont deserve to be in business. Stephanie was one of the receptionist that rudely hung up and my mother 3 times when all we want is to know why my sister is being refused service. If there was a good reason then we would understand but just being rude and hanging up the phone on us is no way to go about things. These people are suppose to help the disabled but instead are doing the exact opposite.
The people here care about the quality of life of the ones needing support in the community. They appear to actively seek resources and creative means to help the community. I think it's a good place for community support.
I worked with Maria and she was the best. Thank you for everything I definitely got the help I needed.
