Paid the application fee, went there for my appointment to look as my name finally rose to the top of the list. The exterior is not being maintained. Paint chipping, mold on exterior and terraces, gloomy feeling. Indoors, the hallways have horrible lighting that is dim and shuts on or off as you walk hallways. Apartment was lovely. BUT No cable and TV/Internet is Dish/DirectTv only, which goes out regularly. I work part of the time from home and MUST have reliable internet. Office is very nice and friendly but management is unengaged.

They told us about a two bedroom place for $965 & would only show my Senior citizen mother the $1,100 two bedroom place. Nice corner unit but above all parking garage & way too far a walk from front door for 94 year old mother with a walker that has a rest seat. No floor plan available either.
Good place for senior living. Price where good, now a new increase my make it hard for some. Secure in and out.
Applied for an apartment...very helpful and friendly office management! Well kept building inside and out!
It's clean, nice amenities, fairly managed.
