I am writing to you as a current rehab patient at Complete Care in Westfield NJ. If you or someone you know is in need of quality medical care in combination with the best physical therapy staff in this area, an immaculately clean environment, a diet that can fit your medical needs, where small miracles happen every day, then is the place to be! I was transferred to Complete Care from the hospital in a stretcher, unable to stand on my own two feet or sit up in a wheelchair. With the help of the empathetic medical staff, nutritionists, in combination with the professional physical therapy team, I am now on the path of healing and balance! I will soon be able to walk back up my porch stairs in balance, with a plan and tools to a healthier me! My family is.overjoyed with the progress I have made! my sister has been in rehabilitation for the past few weeks and I can honestly say she sounds the best she has in a couple of years. she is coming back to her strength and she is so supported by every single member of staff at this facility. Complete Care exceeded my expectations and I am forever grateful and I know she is too
I'm very impressed with everything, the facility is immaculate and the staff is attentive. I get updates from different departments informing me of patient reports and progress. Everyone is professional and helpful. I have been in other rehab facilities and nothing compares to this. Thank all of you for making a difficult time easier for the patient and the family.
Thank you to all the staff & administrators for Great care to all residents. Please provide more linen for residents & please provide more lights in the parking lot area. Comfort along with safety for all visitors & staff. In Jesus name bless them all. Amen.
Mom has been a resident of the facility for a little over 2 years since Willow Creek was evacuated. She is an Alzheimer’s patient in the memory care unit. The staff of this unit is utterly amazing. They treat mom like family. As I type this mom is transitioning and will soon leave this world and I cannot thank all of the staff enough! The only complaint is management needs to have hospice room for the transition. Though the staff moved moms roommate during this difficult time, there needs to be a room that is comfortable not only for the resident but the family. There needs to be a comfortable setting for families during this really difficult time. Willow Creek had a beautiful room with a couch, comfortable chairs, queen size bed so the resident and family can comfort one another. The addition of this room would be a godsend to future families to say goodbye. With that said, if a family member is suffering from dementia this staff here is totally aces!! When my daughter was married last year mom could not attend due to my health and Liza the recreation supervisor at the time set up the area outside so we could celebrate with mom a few days later..
