I really wanted to be happy with the facility but there a number of things that could be improved upon. I understand that they are under fairly new management and are working to make improvements. But, There really is no excuse for bad food. It was not even edible. I brought in some food for my husband and he still lost 7 pounds during his 3 week stay. Not only was it not edible it was not even nutritional. They also installed TV service that makes it extremely difficult for the patients to use. You can not turn on the TV and, for example, watch Jeopardy. There is no tuning into 2, 4, 5, 7 for example. Why would you do this unless it was all because you were saving money at the patients expense. On the bright side the nursing staff was on a whole very good. We had one nurse in particular, Katrina who couldn't do enough for everyone. She always went above and beyond and always stayed late to help. The aids were, also very helpful. Especially, Maggie, on the 2nd floor. She couldn't do enough for everyone and always with a smile. I have nothing but positive things to say about the PT department run by Sham. I hope they continue to work on the improvements and make it a better facility.
Nursing staff very helpful and accomedatig. Food needs improvement. PT staff proviides good care and are very nice. Kimberly concierge was very good and took care of all of ,my qiuestions and needs.
I am very happy with my treatment that I am getting here. Every person is very nice to me. Amelia .The service it is great thank Every one
Awesome nursing staff, aides, PT folks, social worker, and activities people! Thank you. I feel like my dad is in very good hands with you, even though he's not the easiest to take care of. ❤️
