They took care of me very well especially because I have some very high focus needs and the nursing staff and aids were excellent, very caring, and really knew what they were doing. Any time I had some difficulties come up they were immediately addressed and taken care of. There's so many staff members in general I would want to thank specifically but I don't want to leave anyone out. 2 West was my unit and they were incredible and the unit clerk as well was always ready to help. Their therapy program was amazing the physical and occupational team were like magicians. My experience with the administrative team was amazing they were super attentive to my needs and always checking up on me Thank you so much to everyone for making my experience as caring and helpful as it was.

My father was recently a patient at this facility. He started out as a rehab patient, but it quickly became apparent that he was not going to be able to complete physical therapy and was nearing end of life. The Business Office Manager (Rocco) helped us easily transfer Dad to private pay, and we brought hospice in to help keep Dad comfortable. We wanted to thank Nurses Jane and Jennifer, who helped care for Dad when he first got to the facility. When Dad transferred to long term care, the nurse that helped care for him in the last week of his life was Rhonda. We cannot thank Rhonda and the Aides enough for the care they provided in Dad's final week. Dad was treated with dignity, care and compassion, and we are so grateful to have had Rhonda show the same grace to our family.
Outstanding Care and Compassionate Staff! Our elderly mother recently suffered a fall and my wife asked her knitting group for a recommendation for a rehab center in the area. Three women recommended Complete Care. We had her transferred there and from the moment she arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was attentive, kind, and truly dedicated to her well-being. The administrators, Eli and Ben, were incredibly engaged and caring, always making sure that our mother’s needs were met and that we felt informed and supported throughout her stay. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as the NPs, were skilled, patient, and encouraging, helping her regain strength and confidence at a steady pace. We are so grateful for the excellent care she received and highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of compassionate and professional rehabilitation services.
We are happy with the care my Dad received at Complete Care. Upon arrival we were greeted by the administrator, Eli, as well as warmly welcomed by all the staff. My Dad’s aide, Jesse was very attentive, kind, and professional. He not only cared for, but took the time to chat and really talk to my Dad. Sam went out of her way to socialize with my Dad, make jokes, ask him questions, and overall treat him with kindness and respect. Natalie and Larry, 2 of his physical therapists were patient, professional, and made sure my Dad worked hard. They both have wonderful personalities and answered my questions as well. Cheyenne , our social worker was diligent and patient, as we had many questions that we needed help with. She made us feel comfortable from the start and she was there when we needed her. Joe was there every night when I went to visit my Dad. He always said Hello with a smile and would stop in to chat with my Dad. Bella was always sweet, and accommodating to my Dad’s needs. There were 3 different ladies that greeted us when we visited, and all 3 were lovely. They gave a good first impression to your facility. My family appreciates the staff at Complete Care all you have done to help my Dad recover. Hopefully we will not be needing a rehab again, but if we do , we will be back to Complete Care. Thank you .
From the front desk to the floor nurses. Everyone was amazing! Especially the 2 floor nurses. I really wish I knew their names.My mother in law will be 95 in 16 days. She fell and broke her arm and femur. Her nurse came in with me and she said she was uncomfortable. Her nurse did everything for her. Stripped her, stripped her bed, and cleaned everything. Got her pillows just right and she was happy. They were kind and considerate of us all. Just an amazing experience. Truly a gift from God when you're in the position that we're in. I can't thank them enough
