I want to start by saying that I WANTED to place my mom here and was about to for short term rehab. My neighbors father just discharged and his experience in the short term rehab was absolutely wonderful. The nursing staff on that unit is second to none. Customer service and nursing care, amazing. Therapy team? Motivational and supportive every step of the way. However, I then researched further and found out the administrator (who is newer to the company) is the same administrator who was at a building my aunt was at for rehab about a year ago. Her name is Susan Love and she should NEVER be allowed to have anything to do with a person’s well being or recovery. This woman was so unprofessional, so rude to my aunt and uncle that my aunt went BACK to the hospital because her blood pressure went so high, ENTIRELY because of this woman. She is one of the most power hungry people I have ever met and i personally, with my own eyes, witnessed her absolutely berate a nurses’ aide in the hallway, bringing the woman to tears. The staff in that building told me that a good portion of their long time staff left because of the treatment they received by that administrator. My neighbor said that she too did not have a good experience with Susan, but because her husband received such outstanding care otherwise, they remained and they still would recommend. Please, before choosing this building, do your research. While I can’t say enough about the nursing staff and the admissions team, the administrator should be fired. There is a sister building down the road, until that woman is gone, i recommend looking there for your loved ones.

My cousin is in the memory care area and I visited him today…everyone I met who works there is pleasant and helpful. It is secure, clean and smells fresh. I was with my cousin and a roomful of other residents and everyone was playing games that challenge their memory of popular sayings and phrases. I’m very pleased with his care and stay. There was a sheet on the table that had the lunch menu and the days activities described….pretty nice.
Unit 5 for rehab was wonderful. Suzanne the administrator was patient, kind and very efficient. She calmed me down more than once. One of the nurses Sara was amazing. Very much a detail person, she took care of meds and health related questions in a calm controlled manner! Leticia, Clarissa and Orlando the LPNs that took care of us were like Supermen. T they were constantly assisting patients. I don’t know how they kept up the pace and with patience and grace, I might add!! Lastly, I want to mention Chris who keeps the place immaculate. He quietly and carefully works to keep things clean and disinfected. Chris had a smile for me everyday Complete care is a small well managed facility that is effective especially when ur overwhelmed with the whole process. I forgot Jerome and his team who work everyone out at the level where they are. What else can I say. The social worker took care of details! This is a great choice for Rehab!!! I would choose it again.
My mother has been in the home for 2+ years. It is always clean, the staff are caring. I live 5 hours away and they have been great on contacting me when needed. My visit yesterday was difficult, Vera and Nurse Mitzi were very helpful. Thanks
Staff are nice! We additional chairs for guests, visiting the patients. There is only one chair in Anne Henry room!
