My sister spent a month at St Vincent's following a major surgery and I'm giving 3 stars because the staff were very, very nice. However there was inconsistent follow through on promises made regarding repositioning and my sister did develop a pressure ulcer while in the facility which is inexcusable. She would often wait for literally over 2 hours after ringing her call bell for assistance with incontinence care. The food was unspeakably awful and at one point she was served a room temperature dish of pureed bologna. I wish I was making this up but that was literally served and it looked and smelled disgusting and was of course inedible.

I have a family member currently at this facility. It’s clean and the grounds are well kept. The activity directors does a great job in decorating and making it engaging for residents. Nurse Jackie on the first floor was great when we were downstair! Nurse Cesar has been a Godsend to our family. He is always so so caring, responsive, knowledgeable, and his bedside manner is remarkable. Can’t thank him enough for consistently going above and beyond not only for our loved one but for the other residents as well. Thank you!
This is my 4th facility with my Dad. St Vincent is by far the best one so far. It's very clean, thank God no urine smells!!! The nursing staff & aids are very caring and accommodating.
I have a disabled family member in this facility since October 2024. She’s in the long term care because of her disability. The facility is clean but the way there are dealing with her is inhuman. They don’t respond to her. And even when I called asking to change her room because her roommate is driving her crazy and I’m afraid she can get stroke because of the continuous stress, they said ok and just hung up with me and ended the call. I’m actively searching for another facility. Don’t recommend for long term care for loved ones
The girls are great including Jane and Jackie They really extend themselves to the patients. They are really outstanding in ever aspect. Great praise to those two nurses
