My mom stayed at Complete Care for almost 2 months after breaking her leg. She loved the facility and the employees! Rhonda, Mimi, Andy, Joanna, Dottie Debbie and Lisa all went out of their way to make my mom comfortable during her stay. The rehab facility is also amazing and so is the staff Jason, Amanda, Jamie, John Tamara, Linda and Kush all helped her recover quickly. She walking in just 7 weeks. It was a relief to know she was so happy during her stay. Also that she felt like she was on a vacation and was in no rush to leave. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rehab.

When I first heard I had to go to rehab from the hospital, I was mortified of the thought. Only because I heard so many horror stories about people going to rehab in other facilities. This was my first time being at a rehab. And I had remarkable experience at Complete Care at Shrewsbury. To my surprise all of the staff were very professional, cordial, caring, and helpful. They all went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and happy.
I am over 85 years old. This was the first time I ever had to go to rehab after a hospital stay. I was surprisingly shocked as to how remarkable my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and warmly welcomed. The food was excellent, the room was clean, and all of the staff were attentive and ready to offer help! I am so thankful to Jason Gibbs, my physical therapists, nurses, and assistants who worked so hard to get me home for the holidays with my family.
My grandma was in the rehab at Complete Care this winter. Jason and the care team listened to my family’s needs and goals to get my grandma back to her own home and gave her the right support to get there. The facility is welcoming, safe and clean and the staff really made a challenging time more manageable for our family. I would absolutely recommend this great facility!
My aunt just stayed at this facility! They really took great care of her! The staff and administrator were amazing. It was so nice to see the dog in the building too! We would def choose Complete Care again.
