If I could give 100 stars here I would. The care my family has received here has been amazing. They treat everyone like their own family. I feel we were truly blessed to have found Shorrock Gardens. I can sleep at night knowing my loved ones are in their care.

Our family wants to thank the entire team at Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens for the excellent care they provided to our loved one, Martin. The management and staff in the office were very helpful. The receptionists, Peggy and Shirley and food service director, Steve, were professional, kind and made our visits enjoyable. The team in the Applewood unit including Amanda, Kristi, Lisa and all the aides gave Martin the best care possible. They were patient, kind and very knowledgeable about how to care for a person living with Alzheimer's Disease. They did everything they could to keep him safe and well cared for. We highly recommend Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens for the dignified and compassionate care they provided to our loved one.
I went to visit a family member in rehab. I was pleasantly surprised that the decor was still homey and comfortable, keeping in line with the style of your very senior clientele. This place was spotless. No clutter. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The rooms are more homey than hospital like. And it smelled good. No small thing for this type facility. I immediately sent a txt to a friend who is looking for a rehab for her family member-a was pleased to be able to recommend Shorrock Gardens.
Wonderful caring people from front desk to aides, nurses and food director! They hosted a pre-Thanksgiving family dinner that was amazing and delicious. I highly recommend this facility for rehab for your loved ones.
Absolutely awesome!! So happy my Margyy Pargy is here! Everyone is so kind!! Thank you so much guys for taking care of my best friend!! can't wait to see you guys again!!
