Only been about 17 hours since my Mother arrived. But so far so good. Everyone is so very nice and friendly! PT was awesome. Had my mother up and walking for the first time in 2 weeks since her surgery for a broken hip!

We chose this facility based on the recommendations of our patient care coordinator. Even though our initial experience was shaky, but once our complaints were voiced, the admin staff such as Angela Gillis, the social worker (Christine) and, the wonderful director of nursing then took great steps to make sure my mom’s care was managed properly. I must commend some of the nurses who were exceptional- Michael, India, and Ernestina. They were really wonderful. Overall, the experience was good. Thank you Complete Care.
I give complete care of Severna Park Nursing Home a five star. My mother has been in the nursing home for over 2 month. We are very happy with the aids and the nursing staff at the facility. 😊 Thanks!
I approached the Enterprise rental desk and asked them if they had any available vehicles. He said yes and what type, we exchanged info, rented the car, got a choice and picked out the Chevy. Overall it was very easy and pleasant to rent a car from this location. I’ve always had an excellent experience with Enterprise rentals and recommend this company to everyone.
This place is horrible!!! one of the staff or nurses told my grandma she poops too much , you push the nurses button no one comes you literally have to go get someone. It’s dirty. All the nurses act like their job is so hard. It’s just all around a terrible place. They barely did physical therapy with my grandmother and when my mother and aunt brought that up they said “well if she isn’t dress and out of bed than we don’t take her to do physical therapy”. My grandmother went more down hill being here than in any other places she has been at.
