Do not send your loved ones here if you care about them. Staff were always on the personal cell phone and aren’t attentive on the 3rd floors. They always makes us feel bad for asking for a simple things like changing a diaper for an elderly. I do not give bad review and when I do you something is very wrong.

If you care about your loved ones - RUN in the opposite direction. Visited this facility recently looking to bring a loved one here. The nurses don’t care about their patients at all. While there I noticed that patients weren’t being changed and complained that they’ve been wet all night ( it being 3pm in the day this worried me) also. The floors were dirty rooms are dirty. Just overall NO THIS PLACE NEEDS THE STATE TO DO A SWEEP
Complete Care has been very attentive to my loved one’s needs, and the staff at every level is working to facilitate his recovery. My loved one came home from Complete Care yesterday. I can’t find enough good things to say about the caring treatment he received there. The medical personnel were responsive to my concerns, and after a rough start he got regular therapy on weekdays and occasional Saturdays. I want to give a big shout-out to “Tee,” who was particularly attentive and encouraging: she’s a real asset to your facility. My loved one’s only complaint was about the food (“Too much, too often!”). He even wants to go back and visit in order to participate in afternoon activities!
I would like to commend two employees of this facility. After my niece was admitted, following a transfer from the hospital, I interacted with Diana Hoffman, Social Worker Co-Director and Ian Herzberger, the Director of the Business Office. Both Diana and Ian showed compassion towards the situation. I would especially like to commend Mr. Herzberger for the time he took with me, and his detailed informative explanation of the process that was going to unfold. After my meeting with him, I must acknowledge that my stress was somewhat reduced. I truly believe Ian went "over and above" in his conversation with me.
I had foot surgery and spend a month recuperating on the Evergreen Hall of the center. Both the rehab staff and nursing staff with the GNAs, also housekeeping, on Evergreen Hall plus the other staff of Complete Care were excellent. They cared about you, did their job well, and attended to your needs in some cases with humor to make your day pass better. The front staff greeted you well. I am healing well because of the rehab and nursing staff at the Complete Care at Multi Medical Center Evergreen hall. I highly recommend the place if you need care.
