My aunt was there for a month after a fall. The place is much more cheerful than it was several years ago. Always clean. Housekeeping does a good job. Belinda and Raven (not sure of the spelling) and Jeanette were very helpful. and very kind to my aunt and to me. My aunt especially liked an aide that she thinks her name is Kenisha. Memory issues. If physical therapy is needed, this place can’t be beat!!! Franz is not only well-versed in what is needed to recover, he is also very professional, kind, and caring and an added bonus, really funny! My aunt looked forward to working with him every day, even though she didn’t really want to walk that long hall. Janice was also kind caring and wonderful. Thank you!!

I recently visited Complete Care at Monmouth and was truly impressed by the genuine care and kindness from the staff. The environment was clean and welcoming, and it felt like a close-knit community where residents are treated with respect and compassion. The team was attentive and made both residents and visitors feel comfortable. Overall, a positive and reassuring experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for quality care.
As soon as I walked in the door I felt this was the place for my mom. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Melissa went way and beyond, making me feel at easy with leaving my mom in the facility. Was very impressed how organized and clean the place was.
Our mother has been a resident of Complete Care at Monmouth for just over five years, and we are pleased with every aspect. The office staff, nurses, and management are all so helpful and kind, and have been taking excellent care of Mom. It's a relief to know she's in good hands!
My great aunt is currently there. Yes the place is clean. Most of the staff I dealt with were rude. They're constantly yelling down the halls to each other. They sit at the nurses station talking and laughing loudly . My aunt has really bad mobility issues. She can barely stand. I have showed up for visits and she has the same clothes on since yesterday. I asked if someone could come help my aunt. I was told yes of course. She sat there still in bed and wet for an hour (i timed it). A few times that this happened i got sick of waiting and got her up and dressed myself. Just a very dull and depressing place. There's nothing to do for the patients. There is one book shelf with books. My aunt needs long term care. It sure isn't going to be this place.
