A good friend of mine is recovering at Complete Home Care and said that he loves the food 😊. He’s not easy to please and he wanted to be home but I am glad that he is there recovering and likes being there. He also said the staff is really nice♥️.

My relative has been at Complete Care of Middlebury since December 2024. The experience has been positive. Staff is approachable, and helpful. Thank you to Peter administrator, Jenn/ Annie Director of Nursing , Joley SW, Alexa Admissions, Evett RN, Elena RN, Samica- Mia-Vanda - Nsg Assistants, Bill/ Bob/ Bianca PT , Grace ST, Kathy in recreation, Kathy receptionist… these are the people I’ve interacted with the most. Most staff is available when needed to speak with and willing to assist. Thank you to all of you - would recommend this facility to all.
Not only is the facility clean, but it's also very welcoming. New RN here and I got an interview within minutes of applying HR BESA is awesome. And so is Kathy, and Peter. It was wonderful meeting them. Even if I don't end up working there, I'd encourage anyone who loves a welcoming atmosphere to apply.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Besa and the facility administrator, Peter for a job interview. I appreciated the tour of the facility. This was an A+ for me because it shows that Besa takes pride in where she works. A very nice and welcoming facility and it was obvious to me that the staff is caring. I was quite impressed. I thank them for their time and consideration.
Looking back over the last five years my Mom was a resident at the Middlebury Convalescent Home, Now Complete Care at Middlebury, I have only gratitude and admiration for what this facility provided. It is not an easy situation to know your loved one is at a stage in life where she needs acute care. The staff and administration supported my Mom and me as best as possible. I am grateful for all they did, even on her last day of life. Those responsible for Mom treated her with kindness, empathy, compassion, and expert care. Thank you to all who provided care, including the administration, the caregivers' nursing staff, the kitchen, the business office, and the recreation department, who filled her days with engagement and joy! You will be remembered fondly!
